The Client has the right to cancel a booking. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled service, the advance payment is non-refundable.

If the service cannot be provided due to the Operator’s fault, the advance payment is refunded in full or an alternative service is offered.

The Client is responsible for any damage to or loss of the boat caused by the Client’s or their passengers’ fault or negligence. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the Client is obligated to cover all repair or replacement costs.
